I'm a Mental Health advisor and Emotional Intelligence Coach.
I combine aspects of compassion-based coaching along with NLP techniques to help my clients create a new narrative in their life.
I received my compassion trainings at Stanford, Masters in Counseling Psychology at JFK University, Diversity & Inclusivity Leadership Training in San Francisco from Rajkumari at iRestart Bootcamp and Mindfulness training at Esalen Institute.
I have integrated all these practices to create my own coaching program called Soul Mentor.
